Synopsis
The fifth film was officially confirmed by the Weinstein Company in 2009.[7][8] David Zucker is expected to be returning as director while the series' main stars Anna Faris, Anthony Anderson and Regina Hall have all expressed interest in returning for the sequel. The only other new actor to be confirmed was Final Destination 3 star Chelan Simmons.[9][10] In June 2011, a release date was announced for April 20, 2012.[11][12] Zucker expressed interest in spoofing the Final Destination film series, as well as Paranormal Activity, and the Child's Play film series....
